We are in charge of withdrawing your purchase title deed from the notary. When the purchase is attached to a mortgage, then the bank will withdraw it and take care of the corresponding procedures.
Once the property is registered, the administration will issue an invoice to withdraw the title deed. Once the invoice is issued, for your comfort, we will use the POA to pay it directly from your bank account in Spain.
The whole process can take up to 6 weeks. During the installation process, the suppliers will need a contact person and a phone number to install the meters.
In Spain, the invoices are issued monthly, even if you live here the whole year or not, because there is a maintenance fee for the service, even when there is no consumption during the month.
When the change of ownership is submitted, it can take up 2-3 months until it appears on the invoices. Please note that unpaid invoices will lead to the cancellation, and subsequent cuts in the services.
