Franke & de la Fuente recently visited Svenska Skolan Marbella for a morning of discussion, knowledge-sharing and the beginning of a new collaboration.
While the children enjoyed a school excursion, parents had the opportunity to attend a workshop led by our Founding Partner, Peter Franke. The session covered practical legal matters relevant to Swedish families living in Spain, including property, taxation and other important considerations when settling in the country.
Representing Franke & de la Fuente’s Swedish team were Peter Franke, Yasmin Mark, Fredrik Werdelin and Malin Turlock.
The workshop gave parents the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences and gain a better understanding of the legal aspects of living in Spain. Afterwards, we enjoyed lunch together and had the opportunity to continue the conversations in the school’s beautiful premises in La Alzambra, Nueva Andalucía, just outside Puerto Banús.
The visit marked the beginning of a collaboration between Franke & de la Fuente and Svenska Skolan Marbella, with the aim of providing Swedish families with access to practical legal knowledge and guidance when living in Spain.
As a firm with strong Swedish roots, we are proud to be part of the Swedish community on the Costa del Sol and look forward to building this collaboration further.
